THE SISTER PROJECT (TSP):
Most females in rural areas are at risk of never exploring their full potential and contributing to society significantly due to knowledge limitation and societal inequalities prevalent in rural and semi- urban communities. RUDERF is working towards solving this problem through the following innovative programs.
A female leadership program designed to groom female leaders from disadvantaged background through a structured curriculum delivered in periodic workshops and mentorship support from high impact females from around the world. SSLA has a strong network that gives lifelong support and creates opportunities for young outstanding females to thrive and excel globally. SSLA also provides scholarships for international exchange programs for outstanding fellows.
