The She Stands Ambassadors Program of RUDERF which is designed to identify , train and support high potential young females to become global leaders through advocacy and social impact has through 3 editions in 2016/2017/2018 enlightened over 2500 girls on the role of women in community development and the importance of self-development.
The program which has also raised 13 Outstanding Female advocates who are currently serving as ambassadors for SHE STANDS and executing amazing pet projects in advocating for women right across Nigeria, celebrates the 2018 winner of the outstanding Ambassador award Princess Favour Ajagbe for her commitment, passion and dedication to her ambassadors role and has gone further to establish her pet project The Woman In You, popularly known as The W.I.N Project. The W.I.N. Project advocates for gender equality and encourages young females to find their voice and contribute to society. The W.I.N Project has since 2018 impacted over 600 young females across Nigeria.
Princess Favour Ajagbe is a young,and inspirational advocate for female development and is blazing a trail in the social impact space in Nigeria and beyond.
