RUDERF is an organization, that has worked with me, since 14th of march 2018 as the Chief Inspector of Education of Sapele LGA in DeIta state.
The organization has shown capability, through good programs executed in secondary schools under my control.
The organisational structure of RUDERF, should be written in the good side of history; because of its prompt operational workings.
The vision and commitment of the organization, has helped these teenage female students in our secondary schools, through a formidable workforce, coupled with the capacity filled leadership from Alero.

I found RUDERF a genuine partner, the experience gained from the organization, I will Cherish for a long time, they can be trusted in the execution of good programs and the result I have seen them achieve, has the tendency to affect the society positively.

RUDERF is a trust-worthy execution oriented organization that has worked with me over the past year to execute on a very dear project in my home town, Igbodo in Delta State. While I initially selected RUGERF as partner because of the apparent enthusiasm for development and clarity of implementation programming, the organization, led by the irrepressible Alero has become a pillar in the implementation of the Igbodo Youth Development Agenda. We have collaborated in running a very successful 8-months mentoring programme for over 400 Igbodo youths without a sniff of misappropriation of funds or poor implementation. In fact, RUGERF does have a knack for surmounting obstacles in the execution process and coming up with even better results.
